Very old Upper Chesapeake Bay wooden wing duck decoy used for a sinkbox. The maker is unknown by me. Bluebill wing ducks are rare, and this one has wonderful old repaint from Cecil Cty MD I believe. The paint has alligatored with age and has a wonderful patina. Decoy is in very good condition with wonderful carved eyes, raised hump back, shot marks and a typical crack in the neck. Decoy measures 14 inches from tip of bill to tail and 7 inches wide.
