Elliott Brothers from Talbot County, MD. Never rigged goose decoy, possibly made as a present for Christmas? Decoy is in very good condition. Original paint is strong and in great structural condition. I did have the neck repaired by my friend Rod Schwarm just before he passed away.. 28” long.
