Upper Chesapeake Bay Mallard Decoy. Appears to be a Madison Mitchell Bluebill decoy that was partially painted to be a mallard. The head and breast were repainted. Wing patches were added. The wing feathering on the back and rest of the bird were left alone and are original Madison Mitchell paint. Rigging was removed, a weight added later. Thanks to a carving buddy of mine that went over this bird with me!! Free Shipping
